For this reason, in April 2023, Ceccarelli Group will execute the spin-off of the international transportation business with the creation of Cursor S.r.l., which will entirely be controlled by the Group.
This will allow Cursor S.r.l. to have its own financial and operational autonomy, in order to focus on the research and development of its best solutions for its customers.
Therefore, as of April 1st, 2023, all the international freight shipments will be managed and invoiced by the new company, we attach the billing information. Current telephone and e-mail contacts will remain unchanged.
