Ceccarelli Group, with its logistics service company LogLab Srl, will settle in the Carnia Industrial Park

Carnia Industrial Park has concluded the operations relating to the public tender procedure for the collection of expressions of interest in the settlement at the upcoming Logistics Center in Tolmezzo.
The tender, addressed to the manufacturing companies of the Park and to the logistics companies interested in a new settlement, made available five modular real estate units, with autonomous services and systems, from 6,000 to 1,500 square meters each, for a total covered area of about 19,000 square meters and with maneuvering and parking spaces for an additional 20,000 square meters
Two of the modular units have been assigned to LogLab srl, a company of Ceccarelli Group, one of the most important regional companies in the sector of logistics and transport services, with offices in Udine, Trieste, Padua, Milan and Prato, which has about 180 employees and guarantees services to 1,500 customers every month. Specifically, Ceccarelli Group will manage a total space of approximately 6,500 square meters, with an adjoining independent external area, for the movement and parking of vehicles.
LogLab is the business division of the Group that provides specialized logistics outsourcing services integrated with the supply chain of customer manufacturing companies, as a natural extension of traditional transport activities.

"My father, Bernardino, - recalls the President of the Ceccarelli Group, Luca Ceccarelli - has always maintained that entrepreneurship has a moral duty to return to the territory at least as much as the territory has given to businesses. Following this teaching, we immediately took the opportunity to settle with our logistics division at the Carnia Industrial Park. We believe in the industrial area and we want to contribute to the prosperity of the area, spreading the pride of work in the mountain area and creating opportunities for growth and employment".

The President of the Industrial Park, Roberto Siagri, illustrates the progress of the operation: "the time schedule of the works for the construction of the Logistics Center provides for completion and lease delivery for spring 2022. The decision of Ceccarelli Group confirms the goodness strategic choice made, to combine industrial attractiveness with that for logistic services, a sector in great growth at local and world level. In addition, the construction of this work starting from disused production sites gives further added value to the entire operation and a symbolic message of relaunch for the entire mountain area".
